At JWM Metal Supply, most products are cut to order based on the dimensions you select. Because of this, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Ordering Information

All product dimensions are listed in inches unless otherwise stated in feet.

Please verify all sizes, lengths, widths, thicknesses, and quantities before placing your order.

Orders placed due to misunderstanding inches versus feet are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

If you are unsure about the size you need, please contact us before ordering. We're happy to help verify the correct dimensions for your application.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

After 24 hours, or once material has been cut, processed, or prepared for shipment, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Because the majority of our products are custom cut or made to order:

• No returns or refunds are accepted for products ordered with incorrect dimensions, lengths, thicknesses, quantities, or specifications selected by the customer.

• No returns or refunds are accepted for orders placed due to confusion between inches and feet.

• Custom-cut, made-to-order, and special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and, if appropriate, replace the item or provide another resolution.
