I was looking for a 3 1/2” pipe so I could mount my basketball hoop in the ground. I called JWM and spoke with CJ who took the time to go out in his shop to give me an exact measurement of the ID so my pole would fit. Shipping was prompt and no damage to the box. Very pleased.

There was a mix-up in the deli very address, and FedEx failed to delivery even though they said they did. I spent over an hour dealing with Fedex AI and Fedex Chat to no avail. Then I contacted JWM and they immediately straightened out Fedex and the product was delivered. Great customer service on the part of JWM. Not so hot on the part of Fedex.
